Privacy policy

For each page request we record the page address, the time, your browser's user agent, the referring page and the country derived from the request. We do not store your IP address in these records.

When you use features such as Find Match, the shortlist or comparisons, we record which feature was used, on which page, with a random session identifier. These records are used to see which pages help buyers and to keep the site working.

Like any web server, ours keeps short technical logs for security and troubleshooting.

Your theme choice, shortlist and comparison draft are kept in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us unless you submit them. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Buyers. If you ask for an introduction or a shortlist, we keep what you enter (your contact details, the service, location, budget and notes) to answer you. If you ask to be introduced to a company, we pass your request to that company.

Agencies. If you apply on Participate, we keep the company name, website, contact email and what you selected, to reply and to run the service you chose.

Profiles describe companies from public sources: their own websites and independent pages, each cited with its address. A company can ask us to correct or remove information; see corrections.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the company you asked to be introduced to, with providers that host and run the site on our behalf, or when the law requires it.
